I am a husband, father and current serving member of the Royal Canadian Navy (16 years and counting!) but my passion is helping busy parents make a positive change in their life. No matter what your fitness goals, we can work together to find a path that will lead you where you want to go. Some of my clients want to add muscle, some lose fat, but most just want to create lasting habits that will lead to a long and healthy life.
